Well.... I usually have a lot to say... but this one... I don't know... His album was called something like circus?  I guess he can be a clown... and what's worse about this... HE WORE THIS TO THE CMT AWARDS!!! YES THE COUNTRY MUSIC TELEVISION AWARDS!!!! WTF!!!!
