In this day and age of fashion and style, it is imperative to remain "fashion-forward". Due to the fact, Timberlands have slightly gone out of style, Sperry's have over-satured the game. Doc Martens are for the bold and daring. Dunks are EVERYWHERE and Jordans have lost their quality. Next in line, would be Abington....

In the past year, this workwear trend has gone from burgeoning to ubiquitous, with every label trying to roll out a slice of classic Americana. Abington, Timberland’s premium line, has been at it for years, crafting line after line of rugged, durable footwear. Their latest hiking boot just confirms that practice makes perfect. Each pair is made with rich, premium leather from Horween Leather Co. (a Chicago-based company founded in 1905), a melton wool collar, and a Vibram outsole – suffice to say, they’ll stand up to the elements. The Abington Hiker is an excellent option for anyone looking for a warm, sturdy, stylish winter boot.

White Mountaineering x Timberland 7-Eyelet Color Welt Boot Spring/Summer 2010

Personally, I could go for either colorway.

It is pretty hard to find a pair of boots that are as comfortable as a pair on Timberlands. Fresh for Spring/Summer 2010, Timberland, in collaboration with White Mountaineering are introducing the 7-Eyelet Color Welt Boot.

The boot, constructed of canvas and suede, uses a touch of leather around the ankle collar. Looking as if inspired by a boat shoe, the canvas ankle pieces are decorated with white laces and highlight colored eyelets. The actual lace stays share the highlight color on the lowest and upper most eyelet, but leave the rest to white. In addition, the bed for the stitching on the outsole uses the same highlight color.

HAITI Collections WYCLEF been Grindin'!!!!!

PlayCloths & Wyclef Jean have collaborated to design this tee that features the Haitian Flag in which 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Yele Haiti Earthquake Fund. In order to actually stop and ACTUALLY get the funds to Haiti, it started friday and the offer ends on January 22nd. Get yours before they are gone!

Up next, we have the Earthkeepers collection, a series of 16 boots designed by Wyclef in which a portion of the proceeds gets donated to Yele Haiti, these were actually set for release back in November but at any rate I found the information interesting. That is one man you cannot doubt has made it big but definitely STILL knows where his heart is and has a DEEP love for his country.
